Beehive expands senior research team
Beehive is pleased to announce today that two senior professionals have joined our expanding market research and customer experience insight team.
Tim Kerr joins Beehive as Senior Researcher, bringing over 15 years knowledge and experience in customer service delivery to the agency. As a marketing insight consultant since 2010, he has carried out interviews and real-time online focus groups at every level, from global CEOs to fun runners. He is well regarded for his expertise in qualitative research and his ability to bring added depth to any quantitative dataset.
Charles Ray joins as Research Manager, with over 10 years’ expertise in delivering actionable insight for the benefit of clients and respondents alike. His ability to analyse data (both qualitative and quantitative) and harness insight to augment storytelling has made a significant contribution to thought leadership and customer understanding projects.
Both have extensive experience in B2B research programmes, but with specialism in the publishing and media sector. Tim and Charles have worked collaboratively with Beehive for over 10 years, most frequently on projects connected with Harvard Business Review’s Advisory Council.
Head Bee, Paul Kavanagh said: “We are delighted that Tim and Charles have come on board, bringing with them skills and experience that will help us to grow as a team.
“Their appointments confirm our focus on helping premium brands to use insight to transform their businesses and will strengthen our ability to harness strategic qualitative research and enhanced storytelling capabilities on behalf of our clients. It also signals our determination to build on our success to date by harnessing their knowledge and expertise in the media and publishing industry to support our expansion into that sector.”
