Beehive is delighted to announce that Nicole Holt has been promoted to Head of Research. This is a new board position for our award-winning market research and customer experience insight agency. The promotion recognises her ambition and achievements as account lead on research programmes for many of Beehive’s long-standing clients. It also marks her significant contribution to the continued growth and success of the company.
Holt joined Beehive in March 2018 as Research Director and has over 25 years’ experience in the design, implementation and analysis of global research programmes. Specialising in customer experience research, she is passionate about developing creative solutions to research projects that provide visually engaging insight and pragmatic results and recommendations that clients can prioritise for action.
Commenting on her promotion Holt said: “Insight has to be accessible, meaningful and to ‘tell a story’. It needs to offer sound advice based on hard facts so that companies can make informed decisions and adapt to changing market conditions. Beehive has a clear mission to deliver on this promise and I’m committed to helping our clients use insight to transform their businesses.”
