Beehive is pleased to announce that Paul Kavanagh and Nicole Holt are taking part in the UK Customer Experience Awards 2022 (CXA22) as part of the judging panel for the ‘CX Team of the Year’ and ‘Business Change & Transformation’ categories. The winners will be confirmed at the Awards final at Wembley on 12 October 2022.
After a tough couple of years, the opportunity to recognise and reward outstanding achievement in customer experience is more important than ever. The Awards provide an invaluable opportunity to learn from the successes of others and to study best practice approaches to CX that can help everyone navigate the challenges ahead.
Brands are under tremendous pressure to deliver on the promises they’ve made to their customers and to live up to the expectations they’ve created. And as the cost-of-living crisis continues to mount, the ability to attract and retain customers based on customer service and satisfaction – not on price alone – will be top of the agenda for organisations in all sectors.
Beehive’s managing director, Paul Kavanagh, said: “The challenge for businesses, large and small, in the present economic climate is to ensure their customer service is delivering what customers expect. A well-defined strategy is obviously key, empowering staff to make a difference is imperative but creating long lasting impact also requires a holistic and continuous focus on listening, learning, checking and resetting every facet of their CX programme.
“We’re looking forward to celebrating standout examples of CX professionals and businesses that have delivered CX Impact at CXA22!”, he added. You can find out more about CXA22 here and our work here.
