Paul has spent his career using insight to help brands engage with their customers more effectively and drive business growth. His passion for delivering transformational insight has become the philosophy behind Beehive’s work with some of the world’s leading brands. Prior to founding Beehive, Paul spent 10 years in Experian's Marketing Services Division, launching Canvasse Opinion its online research agency in 2002. In 2013 Paul won a place on the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Programme.

In his earlier life Paul was as a Premier Division White Water slalom kayaker but now enjoys the peace of the skies as a keen glider pilot.

Rune Wennesland

Director & Head of Operations

Rune has exceptional knowledge and experience of delivering online research and Enterprise Feedback Management projects. He is a creative problem solver and has excellent client relationship skills. Prior to joining Beehive, Rune worked at Confirmit for seven years as a Senior Solutions Consultant. Whilst there he worked on a vast range of global online research projects for both corporate clients and research agencies.

Rune likes to lift heavy objects and can flip an 800lb (365kg) tractor tyre.

Neil Callaghan

Business Development Director

Neil has over 25 years of experience of sales in the MR industry and has worked for large and small enterprises across the research spectrum. He started in Mystery Shopping before moving onto more mainstream research, continuous EPOS data, software for data analysis, and more recently VoC and employee engagement. Clients have included major organisations in hospitality, FMCG, retail, financial services and travel. Often found on LinkedIn and Twitter sharing the latest articles and features on the market place or subjects of interest. Always happy to make a new connection.

Neil lives in the New Forest on the South Coast where he indulges in regular hiking, walking his pedigree Beagle, mountain biking and has recently taken his Powerboat 2 qualification.

Elke Neuteboom

Research Director

Elke has more than 20 years’ experience of delivering market research programmes in the UK and globally. She has worked both client and agency side for B2C and B2B clients across sectors. Combining qualitative and quantitative research techniques, including advanced statistics, Elke specialises in conducting mixed methodology insight programmes. Her main areas of expertise include voice of the customer programmes, customer journey research including segmentation and new product development, and employee research.

Elke is a keen badminton player and when she was 16, she won Dutch regional badminton championships with her team

Tom Raybould

Senior Technical Account Manager

Tom has an excellent knowledge of delivering online research projects, web design and panel management. Formerly at Experian’s Canvasse Opinion, Tom has extensive knowledge designing the web pages for online research panels, integrating these into online research software and managing panels and related research projects.

Tom has a black belt in Taekwondo and won gold at the Unified ITF World Championships in 2013.

Tanzeel Ahmed

Senior Technical Account Executive

Tanzeel has a First Class Honours degree in Computer Science with a very broad range of technical skills including HTML, Java, CSS, database development, object oriented programming and project management. He has built many web sites and programmed web apps. He is a team player with a problem solving mind.

Anthony Ray, CMRS

Associate Research Director

Anthony has been involved in international advertising, direct marketing and research for nearly 30 years. At the Economist Intelligence Unit he managed the research team and subsequently became Research Director for the Group, responsible for creating a deeper understanding into its international high-end audience of top 10% income earners. Anthony has run his own research agency for over a decade. Anthony is a full member of the Market Research Society.

Mike Chagouri

Associate Research Director

Mike has more than 20 years’ experience in designing, managing and delivering market research projects on both client and agency sides. Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, he has particular expertise in concept testing, new product development, advertising/creative research, brand tracking, pricing, promotions, packaging and general consumer research. His industry specialisms include financial services, communications, media and automotive.
